FENCER-CISE with us! Adults Workshop
Join our 12-week intensive but FUN beginner's fitness workout - with swords! No experience needed - just a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm! Get fit and learn the solid foundations of fencing - posture, positions, footwork plus the added benefits of strength and conditioning routines.
Eligibility: Everyone is welcome. Adults who want to get fit, shape up and have tons of fun while learning the beautiful art of sword fighting!
Timings: 9am to 10am
PROGRESSIVE FENCING & FITNESS: Depending on the skill levels of each group of adults, we provide a progressive approach and also encourage mixed gender fencing and participating in amateur tournaments and competitions in order to further develop one's technique, confidence as well as being able to widen one's ability to adapt to many different styles of fencing! We teach and encourage development of one's fitness through our warm-up routine and intensive footwork exercises.
