Important pre-session notes:
If you are in the 10am or 11am session, you will be put in the waiting room while the prior session is still happening. Please be patient and the session coach will let you all in when he’s ready!
During the session we will mute everyone, so there is no interference with the music (if there is music) and the coach giving instructions. Double-check for us too, that you are muted before starting the session. The session coach will unmute you all at the very end of the session so we can all have a little cheer together.
If you or your child has any questions during session please raise your hand (this is a ZOOM feature**) and the session coach will try to help her/him as best as possible
If we experience interference by a Troll, Zoombomber or another inappropriate individual the session coach will immediately end the meeting and send you new details via WhatsApp, so we can continue safely and undisturbed.
**During a meeting, click on the icon labeled "Participants" at the bottom centre of your PC or Mac screen. 2. At the bottom of the window on the right side of the screen, click the button labeled "Raise Hand." Your digital hand is now raised.
