Join us along with Polish Champion Filip Broniszewski
at our summer holidays multi-skill and fencing camp! Our children's camps are designed especially for kids between 6 -12 years old - we make sure to give equal attention to beginners and experienced fencers alike!
The focus of the camp will be the development of foundation fencing skills, physical fitness alongside mindfulness and sportsmanship. We have developed a creative, multi-skill programme that fosters problem-solving skills, develops coordinated movements by engaging the participants in agility games and a large variety of purposeful activities.
A large part of the camp will focus on fencing foundations, controlled drills and a range of footwork and blade work exercises along with essential refereeing and technical fencing knowledge. This winter, we will be focusing on the epeé!
Last but not least, the students will be doing some mindfulness exercises and meditation to complete a well-rounded experience.
In order to accommodate current COVID-19 government regulations and British Fencing guidelines, our camp will:

have a limit of not more than 10 students per session

observe strict hand sanitation at regular intervals

implement strict hygiene and sanitation of equipment at the start and finish of each session

make sure that no equipment is shared between participants in each bubble

CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL OUR CAMPS, WORKSHOPS & LESSONS DURING COVID-19: Any cancellations made by the participant up to and including 4 days before the starting date will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations made by the participant up to and including 2 days before the starting date will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made by the participant 6 days or more before the booking will not incur a charge. This is so we are able to offer the place to someone else if your child is unable to attend. When payment has been made at the start of the term/workshop/camp we are not able to refund, transfer or offer credit due to a participant being unable to participate in our activities due to any variety of circumstances that are outside of our control.
