Who we are
Diamond Blade exists to make high-level fencing coaching more accessible in London. We work with children, adults and schools, creating structured sessions that support first-time fencers, returning athletes and committed competitors alike. Our focus is simple: excellent coaching, clear progression and a positive training environment.
Coaching you can trust
Our coaching team brings together national and international-level experience, but what matters most is how that experience is delivered. Sessions are organised, age-appropriate and supportive. We believe good coaching combines technical standards with strong communication, consistency and care.
Safeguarding and welfare
Parents and schools should never have to dig through a site to understand how a club handles safeguarding. This page should clearly state your welfare contacts, safeguarding approach, relevant policies, and how concerns can be raised. It should also show coach registration, first-aid and DBS/safeguarding status where current and verifiable.
What to expect as a parent or new fencer
Beginner sessions should explain what to wear, what equipment is provided, how arrival works, who to speak to on the day, and what progression looks like after a first block or trial. This is trust-building copy, not filler.
